An Indian edtech startup has secured $210 million in fresh financing amid a tough funding environment for edtech companies in the country.

Physics Wallah CEO Alakh Pandey said the company would use the $210 million funding to expand its business and do acquisitions.

With this fresh round of funding, Physics Wallah plans to aggressively scale its operations. It also aims for inorganic expansion, entry into the K-12 segment, enhanced content offerings, and potential mergers with community-driven education platforms.
